Customized Office 2000 and Windows 2000 Question

What is the most reliable way to setup a customized Office
2000 and Windows 2000 Professional install. Office
settings will include not using the "assistant" and
specific views in Outlook and will apply to all profile
users. Windows 2K professional customized settings will
include default explorer folders and views.
