How can I set the boxes properties in (shadow, size, color,...etc.)
according to their type ( i.e. the i always want the excutive box to have
certine properties that I predefined them )

Hello Raghad,

You need to edit the master shapes in the document stencil (File / Shapes /
Show Document Stencil).
