Customizing a filter drop down

Is there a way to customize a filter drop down? I want to only show my
defined filters in a toolbar for my project managers.

Hi

Yes.
Through Proect, Filtered For... edit filters you do not want to appear in
the drop-down and check out "Show in Menu"

Yes, I am aware of this capability. Although I want to keep the Project,
Filter for.. as it is (so I can use it). I'm sorry, I wasn't specific
enough. I will be creating a new toolbar just for the Team Leads to use. I
want to customize this toolbar to have a single drop down filter for just
the Team Leads. (i.e. drop down will list 'Team Joe', 'Team Sarah', 'Team
Melissa'). This way I just need to train my Team leads to open up the
Toolbar and click on their Teams filter in the drop down.

Hi,

You will have to write this as a VBA procedure (Macro) with a specific form,
then create or select a button and attach the macro to it.
