Customizing a template to link fields to a database

OK.
I have a database in MS Access that has fields dealing
with money. I have a template for an Invoice that I want
to use to Invoice services and payements from the table in
ACCESS. Any way to automate an invoice so when I have
information for a certain customer, I can create an
invoice in Excel that has all Customer info, payments,
services (charges) included on the invoice. In other
words, can I link certain data fields to an invoice?

I think I would import the tables into Excel, and use
VLookups, based on the customer's name, or an ID of some
kind, so that the invoice populates as soon as you enter
a name or ID. And actually, I think maybe I'll do that
for my own invoices, since I'm more comfortable creating
reports in Excel, and also can modify the template in
there. Thanks for the idea.
