Customizing Auto Provisioning for PWA Site RBS Groups

I am a Sr. Project Manager working on a Project. I have a issue with Auto
Provioning for PWA sites based on RBS Group Structure and Permission.

Is there any way a PWA Site and its RBS Group users (PMs, TL, and TM) can be
restricted from accessing or viewing other projects that they are
subordinates too AUTOMATICALLY or will I have to build a customized Auto
Provisioning Service on the server?

We are working with Project Server 2007.

Your question isn't complete. So the answer is it depends on what you want
to accomplish. If you do not grant permission by RBS relationship and do not
otherwise need to, the the answer is yes, you can prohibit this inheritance.
