Customizing Inbox View in Outlook 2002

Can anyone advise on how to change the Inbox view such
that all messages addressed to me in the "To" field are
highlighted in a certain color? I'm assuming this
involves running a rule, but wondering if it may be out
of the box. Anyone?

Thanks.

But the fomatting only looks at display name, not actual email address. So if it's sent to "Joe Reid" it will all be the same color, while I am looking for the option to change the color depending on which of "Joe Reid's" email addresses it was sent to... any ideas?
