Customizing Office 2003 Research pane using Custom Installation Wizard

I cannot find the settings for custom research services in the Office
2003 Custom installation Wizard. Where can I find them?

Neither can I, I'd like to remove it, also having access
to the internet from within applications is a virus
waiting to happen in my opinion.
