We have been using Outlook 2007 BCM for the past month, but are starting to
find some customization needs. I am really looking for help in customizing
the Opportunities section. When you open up a new opportunity the program
defaults to a Close Date of 1 week. Many times a person entering the
information doesn't even change this field and the close date is too quick.
What I want to be able to do is set up required fields that must be entered
every time. If this works I want to do the same thing in Contacts and
Accounts so any information you can give me would help.
