Customizing Outlook Today

When I click on the 'Customize Outlook Today' link while
in Outlook Today nothing happens. I get no 'options'
menu for configuring the appearance of Outlook Today.
I'm running Outlook 2000 and Windows XP Home Edition.
Any suggestions?
