Customizing the Gantt timescale

In our company, we use a work week calendar that numbers
the weeks in a year. Sometimes workweek #1 starts the
last week in December. So I would like to be able to
control the gantt timescale, such that it displays the
label on the weeks according to the way our company
calculates the workweek number. Is there a way for me to
do that using VBA?
