Often when I customize my Outlook toolbar and add seperators between the
certain icons and then reopen the same message or open a new one, the
seperators are gone. I have to go through the whole process again. The icons
don't seem to change positon but the seperators I added are gone. How do you
save your customization so the changes stay in effect?
