customizing view for managers accept/reject grid

Hi all
two questions..
This is in PWA 2003..
1)when team member updates the task ,a task is created for his manager
to approve or reject it.
when manager logs to PWA he can see the task in the grid and can
approve or reject it.
how do i customize the view for it.i want to be able to add delete
certain columns(just like i can do for time sheet view).Which view
should i modify for this?
2)After a project is published to the projectServer how can i change
the manager for it.
so i published a project from project professional to projectserver.by
default it will make the 'login' used to connect to the project server
as the manager of the project .how do i change it to some other user?

1. You cannot modify the Updates page view as you can with the Timesheet
page view.
