Customizing Webbot bot=Navigation

Does anyone know of a source that explains all of the
variables associated with navbar webbot? For instance
what does s-btn-sel: do, and what kind of formatting can I
do to text buttons.

One of the things I would like to do is have a text button
be underlined as I hover ( I can do this) and after I get
to the new page have that pages text button be underlined
and bolded. It seems that CSS can only get me part way
and I I'd love some help or to be pointed in the right
direction.
