We are using FP Navigation bars and want to be able to control the look and feel of these
Most specifically to be able to give the navaigation links different color/formating properties than other hyperlinks on the page.. Can this be done non-programmatically

Right click on the link bar (you call them Navigation
bars in your question). Select Link bar properties.
Select the Style tab. Knock yourself out.
