CustomTaskPane and ActionsPane

Is it possible to have a app level customtaskpane for a Word add-in and
then attach an actionspane for a document generated by the add-in?

This is exactly what im desperately trying to work out myself!! Im sure this
must be possible, but lord knows how :(

If i find out i'll let you know.
