cut and paste from a file

I am on my 3rd slide and I want to take a file from excel and paste it onto
one a slide...It comes out all messed up when I do it.

You'll have to tell us what "all messed up" means -- we can't see your
screen, so you have to be our eyes. Are the fonts the wrong color, is
information being cut off, is it the worksheet the wrong size, something
else?
