Cut and Paste From WORD 2008

I just installed Office 2008 at work and tried to cut and paste a table from a WORD doc onto a webpage in Dreamweaver. This is a simple operation I do all the time to update content on our school's webpage. It simply would not paste the content onto the webpage in Dreamweaver. It tried a number of times in different ways. when I re-opened WORD 2004 I was able to perform this simple task. What's going on here? Any ideas?

It's a well-known bug in Word 2008. If you copy your text and paste it into
another application, such as Word 2004, you can copy the text once again
from inside that application and paste it into Dreamweaver without any
problems.
