Pres PrtScn to capture the whole screen to the clipboard, or Alt+PrtScn to
capture any open window to the clipboard, then in PowerPoint, use the Paste
Special to dump your capture

You can't capture a menu with Alt+PrtScn. Alt will cancel the menu.

Thanks Michael - life saver worked fine, have class tomorrow, have Powerpoint
for 16 year olds who need to get back into community - tricky stuff so they
can be demanding. Pictures work better than words.
