Cut and Paste HTML

I have always been able to cut and past a webpage developed in FrontPage 2000
into MSN Mail or Outlook Express and it maintains all of its Formatting.
However, when I past this same webpage into Outlook 2003, the formatting of
the page gets all messed up. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Hi,
do you use the HTML Format in Outlook?
Do you use Word as email editor?
