Cut and Paste on a Virtual Machine

I just began using a Virtual XEN Citrix desktop for my InfoPath development
and have run across a problem.

I am no longer able to do any copy and paste. I can highlight and copy but
when I try to paste, nothing happens.

If I press Control V 5-10 times I might get one paste. Sometimes I get two
pastes and I Control Z to back one out.

I read somewhere that this behavior is a problem with Virtual Machines (mine
runs XP) but now I cant find the posting I read.

Does anyone here have any knowledge of this issue?
