"cut" command icon missing from formatting toolbar

How can i get the "cut" formatting icon to appear to the left of the copy and paste icons as it usually does?

Click to expand...
Right click on the tool bar and select customize tool bar. Select commands,
then Edit and drag the scissors to wherever you want on the tool bar.
