Is it possible to setup an email to automatically be sent everyday to a set
list of email addresses with excel files attachment ? The mail is send by
matching the email addresses list with the file name..Let say if the file
name is A.xls it'll be send to A , if file name is B.xls it'll be send to B
and so on (And these xls files actually generated from access)..

Hi

Yes you can do it with Access (use windows scheduler to run an auto exec
maco) using send object.

But it I understand your question then I think you can do this better in
Outlook or Outlook Express if you have them. Post a question to that forum
(on the left of this page) and you will get the methods.

You may need to run the mail via an outside server to get around the
security controls in Outlook - also if your IP is dul then most companies
will reject it as spam so check into this.
