I am trying to create a form that will allow me to track the status of 200-
300 (possibly more in the future) data recorders on a daily basis. The
form I have in mind is one in which The date can be entered at the top of
the form, probably in a header, and then I can go through and update the
daily information for each recorder. I am going to use check boxes to
track a few simple collection questions, and I'd also like a comments line.
I am open to any table structure, as I have not yet started to track this
information in a database yet.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
