Hi to all,
how do I create a Project for daily task where user can provide everyday
task information along eith working hours

e.g.

Task Name M T W T F S S
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
number of receiving phone call
number of answered call
number of missed call
...
....


in above example I want to provide number of calls and work hours

Hi Manoj ,

This sounds like a job for Excel rather than Project. This newsgroup is
specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project. I suggest you try
to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with Excel problems.

As Mike pointed out, this seems like a function better suited to Excel (or
Access), but if you wanted to do it in Project, one possibility is to use
recurring tasks. Select Recurring Task from the Insert menu. Project will
create a new task for each day. You could book the time there and add a note
for the number of calls. If you wanted all the tasks for a given day grouped
together, you'd have to drag them each individually. You'll see that it
quickly becomes very unwieldy.

I can not do this task in excel or access and my project is distributed among
different people and also using share point portal

and also I need answers of some predefine questions in numbers from all users

is there any solution or option for this type task

I'm not sure what you mean by "predefine questions in numbers," but rather
than using Notes as I suggested earlier for for the number of calls, you
could define custom fields, and perhaps they could also be used for what you
just asked about as well.
