Damaged installation disk for Office XP Professional - NOW what??

I have the original cd, key and all that's needed to reload windows and then
office XP professional, but then noticed office xp installation cd is
cracked. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Sorry, I should mention that it's the original disks I bought a number of
years ago, and now need to reload - so it's not that I bought a damaged disk
- it was fine when I bought it, but I think someone sat on it...

Replacement media for Office 2002 is I believe no longer available from MS
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;326246

If you are able to borrow a disk of the exact same version, you can copy
that, and it would be ok - use with your key
