Dancing Bear not Dancing

Can you take animated clip art from the internet and put it in PowerPoint.
I have seen this done, but my poor little bear just stands there. What's
the trick? Thanks so much. Carol Taylor

Carol,
Animated Gifs won't animate in PPT 97 or earlier. They also won't animate
when you are in slide edit mode. If you are running a version that does let
them run, view the slide in show mode and see if the bear dances then. If
the bear still doesn't dance, post back with your PPT version and we can
help further.
