DAO Library Error

When I try to turn on mthe DAO library I get a "name conflicts" error.

Can you tell why this ir or how I can deactivate it

Let me guess (since you neglected to mention it).

You're working with an accdb file in Access 2007 and you already have a
reference set to the Microsoft Office 12.0 Access database engine Object
library. You don't need a reference to the DAO library: it's already part of
the Office 12.0 database engine.
