Lately, I have not been able to create or open data access
pages. When I try to create one, the message says "Failed
to connect. Check connection properties and try again."
Then "Failed to initialize DataLinks. Cannot change
connection."
When I try to open a DAP in my browser, I get "Cannot
intantiate the client-side OLE DB provider for this page."
It suggests I install the lastest Microsoft Data Access
Components, which I have. I also have reinstalled
Access. I am running Windows and Office 2000. Any idea
where this problem came from?
