data analysis and add-ins for XL08

data analysis is missing for XL08. i'm using the home and student edition. how do i install/download the add-ins?
I'm looking for input/output range and bin range. and how do i label the axis?

There is NO data analysis tool pack for Excel 2008 - any version. Therefore
it can not be downloaded or installed. However, all the analysis tool pack
functions are now built in to Excel.

You an label chart axes by selecting the chart, and then choosing chart
options from the formatting palette, selecting the axis and entering the
title.
