I have seen multiple posts regarding the data analysis tool for excel. Is there a work around fix for this application? Does the 2004 version support this application?

there a work around fix for this application? Does the 2004 version support
this application?

XL04 supports the Analysis Toolpak Addin.

The *functions* from the Analysis Toolpak Addin have been incorporated
into XL08.

Because XL08 doesn't support VBA, the *wizards* from the ATP are not
included.

The ATP wizards automated built-in functions, and those functions can
sitll be used. A set of workbooks that use those functions as well or
better than the ATP does can be found here:
