Data Analysis with Live Ip

Hello

I have created a view in Data Analysis. Whenever I run Data Analysis view
using https://machinename it works correctly. But whenever I run this thru
https://ipaddress it is showing blank view and Blank Field List Box. Then I
dig more and find that in Dataview I used server name as machiename that is
why working with https://machinename. Then I try to change as custom server
and use IP address and finds that server database name is not populating in
the database list. Can anyone tell me how can I integrate existing database
using Live IP address? I want that local user and external user both should
see the data views, as my normal portal is running where intranet/local user
can access by typing https://machinename or by https://ipaddress and
external user can see via https://ipaddress.

Please suggest me how can I resolve this issue?

Hello

One more thing I noticed that why everytimg it is asking me about to drag
data field. As I have selected first time, it should save automatically or
is there any other way to save it? I want that whenever user select any view
from data analysis, he will find the result not every time he will have to
select drag data field.
