Set a digital camera on a tripod to snap photos. Find a wy to identify each
photo; perhaps have the person wear name tag. Save the photos from the
camera memory card to a folder on your harddrive. Create a simple database
to record a person's name and other data you want about the person. Include
a field for the photo. Access can print many sizes of labels. Find one that
suits you for id cards. Create a query with the fields you want on your ID
card including the photo field then create a label report based on your
query that gives you the photo and the other fields. An inkjet printer can
then print your report and give you an excellent quality ID card.
