data base is stopped

Outlook Business Contact Manager used to work perfectly, now suddenly I get
an error which says cannot access the data base the data base has been
stopped.
Can anyone help

Look at your Windows Services. There should be one MSSMLBIZ
sqlserver.exe. If it's not running, start it, and set it to auto start.
