Data Bridge Identity Account - OFFLINE

Hello,

After configuring the data bridge account as the identity in the Data Bridge
server, I do not see this account online. I can't send any messages to this
account, it always stays in "waiting to send". Does this account need to be
signed into on a Groove Client to be seen?

I have a similar issue, except I get a "waiting for Delivery" message.
I do see that the server is active and online.

For the identity to accept invitations automatically, you must configure it
per http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc261917.aspx. However,
"waiting to send" indicates a failure earlier in the process.
