Data Collection Add-in Error

I was able to use the data collection feature in Access until yesterday, Now
I get an error message saying "Microsoft Office Access outlook addin is not
installed or disabled, Please install in Outlook". I have tried for the last
day to get the add-in reinstalled. Accolk.dll. Outlook will not add this
add-in in. Please help
