Hi Guys,

I would like to:
Design a form
send it out via outlook
allow the receipient to open the form in a browser (or like)
fill in the data
then send a return email with the data summary attached.

What microsft platform/format will allow this?

I was going to say Acrobat Pro but that's not Microsoft. But it *will* do
what you want.

There are also specific 'Forms' software
And if the user has Office, or open office, possibly Word or Excel might be
ok

Infopath. BUT, in order to do exactly what you want you need SharePoint and
