data discrepancies in 2003

Good Afternoon:

We are running Proj Server 2K3 and Proj Pro 2K3.

We have the server configured to protect the actuals and
no one but myself has permission to adjust them.

Today, a PM had a spooler error and after such, the
actuals in the tables went bad. There is now "actual
work" in December 04 when those time periods are locked
down.

Does anyone have any idea how this happened and how to
prevent it in the future?

Ryan:

Did you capture the spooler error number? Do you know the exact steps the
user took? The best I can offer is to submit this to the product team if you
can provide enough information for them to chew on.
