Data Entry - Invoice Form

Advise on developing an invoice with multiple line
entries on SAME form.

Success in writing code to allow user to select a
PartNumber and the PartName and PartUnitPrice pre-fill.

Problem: When user selects 2nd PartNumber, PartName and
PartUnitPrice of the first entry changes to reflect the
most recent selection.

Any help would be appreciated.
