I have never run across an error like this before I have
been working with Excel and Access for 4 years.
A user has Office XP with all current Service Packs. When
he exports a cross tab query from either Access Export or
Copy and Paste he gets the most unusual error.
Only some of the Data jumps fields in the exported
information. The rows or records are intact but some of
the cross tab summary calculations end up in different
columns. only some others of the same field are where
they should be. We have double checked this over ten
times and the problem definately exists with his machine,
But it is not 100% consistant. occasionally the output
will be correct, but 9 out of 10 times it is very wrong.
Any ideas?
I will try it with another machine to see if the error
exists.
