I am extracting valve tag numbers from an AutoCAD drawing
file into a parts list using AutoCAD, Access and a 3rd
party software called CADworx. In the drawing the data
shows up as 'HV 910019' (two different columns. The 'HV'
appears under the heading 'SPEC', and the numbers appear
under the heading of 'TAG'. In the drawing the numbers
are 6 places (910019). In the parts list, the 'TAG'
column prints out as '91001'. I have not been able to
adjust the column print out width. Can anyone tell me how
to make the necessary correction? Thanks.

Hi Craig,

If the list is being generated and printed by an Access report, just
open the report in Design view and increase the width of the textbox
that is displaying the TAG. (Alternatively, change to a smaller or
narrower font.)

If that doesn't fix it, open the underlying Access table to make sure
that all six digits are present there.
