Data Import

Hi There

I have a problem at work and I was wondering if some body can help me please?.

We get an excel spreadsheet every month which I need to upload on to access
table, but the problem is there are sub totals in between the data for each
category or so. Is there a way, I can run a VB/VBA/query or macro to upload
data from excel straight on to access table.
