data in cell to open new form

I have a volunteer list, which when I add a new name in column A7:a44, I need to tranfer that info from that particular row to a "Individual Volunteer Assignment Form". Easy enough, but how do I do this multiple times. For instance, all cells in a7:a44 have names that need a corresponding volunteer form to be saved and printed later

Also is it possible to have that column automatically alphabetize each time a entry is made

I am not certain about the alphabetization issue, but I do have some thoughts on the other part. First of all I do not know where thisVolunteer assignment form is. I mean is it a word document or something else altogether. Basically I think it would be easiest to use the mail merge options. To do this you enter your data into excel, and after saving it you go into word. In word under tools there is an option, letters and mailings. Go there and select the wizard. From there it is pretty easy. If you have a form letter you can make all the recipients get the same letter, but with their information substituted in. You just need to select the correct Excel page for the data when you choose contact list. I do not know what you are doing, but I think you probably send out a lot of form letters, and Ithink this would be ther best way to do things. In any case you just make one row labels in excel, and then you link the fields to the correct places in word. After doing this it is cake to simply add any piece of data you want to, or to easily create a series of form letters in a short amount of time. I would suggest that you make the Volunteer assignment form a template in Word, and let mail merge in Word do all the work for you
