Our application generates RTF documents which are sent to clients.
We've been getting an issue where office 2007 will just sit and use
the entire cpu while converting, and never get done. We then have to
kill the WINWORD.EXE process, and the next time we open the document,
it gives the data integrity error as above.
Is there any specific way to find out where this error is occuring,
because this is really frustrating and costing us money. The same
document will load without any trouble on certain occasions and just
bomb on others.
The same document in question will open fine, without any issues when
using Office 2003.
