Data is not showing in my subform

I'm sure this will be easy for the experts! I have a continuous subform that
looks like the child/master relationships are correct, but no records show in
it. I can add a record to the subform; it will be in the table-but will not
show in the subform. The record source for the subform is the table. The
record source for the main form is a query. Should that query also reference
the table in the subform? Thanks for your help..

Not sure what the problem was, but I re-created the subform as a separate
form ( I had previously created it while in the main form) and it worked
correctly.
