Data lost

Hi
I don't know what is the reason of the problem I have, but I created the
query and it worked fine till now. When I refresh it some of my data
disappear living only 2 columns. I was also trying to create a new query but
I am getting the message :
The connection for viewing your linked Ms Excel worksheet was lost
Is it something with my network? Any advise counts
