Data missing in crosstab report

Hi,

I have created a report based on a crosstab query. The query pulls data
for all the surveys with question, subquestion along with the response
percentage. The report is prepared from the sample taken from the below

The problem I am facing is that the response percentage for some of the
questions do not show up. When I check the query the response
percentage is there but for some reason it does not show up for some of
the responses in the report. If I open the report and go in the design
view of the report and from there select the query to run from the
control source of the report and come back to the report preview the
data gets populated. I am going nuts trying to figure out what is
causing the missing data. Why I have to run the query again from the
report desing to see all the data.

Any help would be appreciated.
