Data missing in Excel when exported from Access via officelinks

I use Office 2003. I like to export information from Access to Excel using
OfficeLinks. I usually bring the report up in print preview in Access and
then select "Analyze it with Microsoft Office Excel" from the
Tools/OfficeLinks. It sends it to Excel but with only part of the
information. All I see is the categories that the underlying query for the
Access report sorts the data on. I only get the column headings and none of
the data for the columns. This only happens to my summary reports that only
show grand totals for the year other reports that have daily details work
fine. This just started up yesterday afternoon, in the morning it worked fine
and it does it on our whole network not just on my computer. Please help!
