Data Not Showing in User's Calendar

Wondering if any of you have come across this experience. I have one
particular user on our Exchange whose calendar doesn't show any data in his
Calendar when someone attempts to schedule a meeting with him. However, he is
able to accept, but the one scheduling the meeting could not view what he
already has scheduled.
