Data points don't align to grid lines

Why are ALL my data points not aligning to x-y gridline
values for simple x-y chart:
(for example, data point (5,60) plots as (5.2, 60.4)
Cursor even shows point as (5,60))

Hi Thomas,

Are you sure the values in the cells are 5 and 60 and not really 5.2 and
60.4 with cell formatting of no decimal places.
