I have found occurences of this "Data posted to form 1 o
http://www.mywebsite.com" appearing in many google results.
I had the same problem, and battled to search for the phrase in thi
particular forum so went through every posting but could find n
answer.
I use FP2000 and was receiving subscriber emails from my form with tha
in the subject very often. I had included my own subject text, but i
never appeared.
Two things I learned today. If you have more than one form on you
site, ensure that they have unique names in Form properties > for
name.
Then in form properties > options > email results tab, ensure that yo
have your chosen text in the subject line, and uncheck the form fiel
name option. I had mine setup with both my subject, and kept the chec
box, because I wanted my email subject to say "Information request fro
Contact_fullname" where contact_fullname was the sender.
But it seems you cannot have both.
As per one comment I read somewhere, I also contacted my host to see i
there was a problem their end, and they didn't think so despite all th
testing.
Hope this helps anyone,
Michae
